  • Importance/Priority: 2 to 3 (It's possible some Duel Monsters, & especially YGO Nordic Gods could scale to this.)
  • Name of the Verse/Character: Thor, Lord of the Aesir ( From Yu-Gi-Oh! )
  • Brief Feat Description: Thor, when being resurrected by its own ability, makes the dueling stadium & city shake, parts the ocean & calls down several lightning bolts. Storm clouds were also seen moving.
Feat begins at about 20:10 into the video. ************ link Direct link to Kiss's video. Sub version. (If asked, I might be able to find alternative links.)

This happens in episode 125 of Yugioh 5D's . Near the end of the episode, before Jack Atlas's opponent, Dragan, loses, Thor revives & performs the feat, damaging Jack. The feat occurs during said scene.

I've only seen the dub of the episode & sort of skimmed it, -thanks, TwitchPresents Marathon!- but....

It should be noted that although it was a duel, Jack was taking actual battle damage from Thor, Team Ragnarok often talk about how the Nordic Gods have real power, & quoting the Yugioh Wiki article's summary:

"Then he activates a Trap that will let his divine monster destroy both of Jack's monsters and deal damage for each one. The bolt of power striking Thor also causes interference in the broadcasting equipment, which catches Yusei's attention. Thor launches its first attack, destroying "Barrier Resonator" with no resistance, and the impact causes Jack yell in pain and his D-Wheel to spin out. Shaking, he manages to stay upright, but Yusei is stunned to realize that the damage was real. The crew and the MC are amazed at such a thing, while the audience can't believe it. Even Halldor wonders at this development. With this duel between the Crimson Dragon and the Rune Eye bearers, perhaps the duel is receiving some of the god's power."

Point being, I don't think this is a case where it can be dismissed as "lol holograms".

In any case, any calc-ing efforts would be appreciated!
 
Priority: 3, Minor rescaling for top tiers of Mass Effect

Verse: Mass Effect

Feat: Kett ship hit by missiles, which causes catastrophic damage. Biotics tank several.

Current calc gives total destruction which is not the correct situation - the missiles only damage the ship - which then explodes by itself later so actual feat would be lower). Wish for yield of individual missile impacts (possibly calculated from fireball size? - Suggestion: nukemap calculator - I roughly calced it using the picture and a ruler to be around 8-A+ to Low 7-C each but wish for an actual calc)

Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle isn't a canon Alex Kidd game, it's a copy of a japanese game with the sprite of the protagonist being replaced with Alex's IIRC.

(For this one, Fetch normally goes at Light speed, but goes faster by running through Neon Clouds. Would it be possible to tell how much faster than Light she is by comparing the normal and boosted speeds in game, by like: how much faster she is than usual)

Note: There are also a couple of blatant faster than light feats. Such as Cole flying fast enough to escape The Beast's black holes, or Fetch, who turns into light to travel at light speed, uses Neon Clouds to run faster. Which is, quite literally, faster than light. Not to mention she also gets even faster by Second Son after training in Curdun Cay.

Only thing is that the storm isn't scalable to anything. I'd call it horizon line and call it a day.
 
I thought "horizon line" storms were low-end Town level. Was there a new calc/recalc I missed out on?
 
Ah, okay. Suppose that makes sense.

Do we have a new calc for that already? I haven't seen one yet, and have no idea where to begin as far as looking for one.

I uh, I actually already calced it on another forum and got 957 Kilotons, but I was using nuclear explosions, so it is false. I do think however I got the height right. Needless to say, it would be nice to get a more accurate version.

Feat Description: You know which one. Boros. Just... someone sent me this link, apparently from a databook? I don't watch OPM. At all. But I know about the feat and the fact that its been watched over for some time, so it would be surprising if this were legit. Here's the feat anyways:

I don't really have a dog in this feat (get it, fight sounds like feat) but if it IS legit, then... you know. Might be worthwhile.
 
This has been brought up and rejected numerous times. I'm sorry. But until someone in OPM actually busts a star, this will never be accepted. Even then, Boros himself will still stay at 5-B only.

Reason for rejection: Japanese uses the same word for star and planet. Statements from the English version of the data book are not accepted here. Even the author of the manga has himself in an interview stated that Saitama could destroy the Earth but has not indicated that he hcould bust stars. May be he could in future. Who knows? But so far, there is no evidence for Boros (and those who scale from him) being beyond 5-B.
 
@Soldier Blue No worries mate, I just got a link and that's about it. I'm not a fan of the show, like I said, no dog in this. Just thought I'd bring it up.
