Time Manipulation (As a World Keeper, Dale can accelerate the time of his world by millenia in a span of seconds. Dale can isolate a section of his world and have it run at a different timeframe. He can then rewind that area of the planet, then reintroducing them to the main timeline. He can also isolate them and pause the rest of the world instead.
