Can you make your own universe?

This wiki doesn't allow fanfiction or original characters, so no, you can't make your own verse in this wiki. But you can make your own verse here.
 
One more question, what if you are the creator of a video game on a place like ROBLOX, or a show on Youtube that is your official thing, basically where your characters are your own. Does the same apply, or not?
