I'm hoping for a remake or a new Captain Commando game and/or a Devil May Cry spin-off/side game.

Betting Wilds expansion, Mega Man OD, New Ace Attorney game. Maybe Deluxe Remaster of Dead Rising 2 or some other ps2/3 era game though I'm hesitant on that as I don't think the DR1 Deluxe Remaster did well in sales, as I can't even find it in the top 100 Platinum titles.
Then end 2027 with a RE game reveal or release, with Okami 2 getting an update/trailer.

The supporters of RE on the wiki, those which got nothing else to be busy with that is, should make a blog or something about the timeline of the series, especially since Requiem has the remakes as canon, but supposedly by other people words still count the originals to a degree too, such a big franchise with so many titles should have a much clearer record of events
