Steve overwelmed Iron Man. And his strength and durability overall is vastly superior

Captain America is superior to Batman in speed and reactions, even if Bruce is arguably as skilled if not more he wouldn't be able to touch Steve in either round.

I don't recall Steve overwhelming Iron Man, the only instance I can think of where this may have happened is with Bucky, because there's no way America would be able to fight a serious Iron Man in his armor alone, not to mention, his shield is made out of a superior metal than Tony's suit, I doubt Steve could effectively dent Tony's suit with just his fists.

Tomy wasn't trying kill steve but he was serious about Killing Bucky and wasn't scared to to hurt Steve to do so. After they fell down the Missle Shaft and Tony Blew off Bucky's Arm and blasted him away Cap started pummeling the shit out of Tony, even to the point Friday told Tony He can't beat Cap in hand to hand. And I mean like...Cap was giving Tony the works. He took Tony to KFC and got him the family meal, it was nasty.
