this is almost to close for me to call, but this is what i think: batmans pills are only temporary, where as Mjolnir can be used as long as cap is conscious, so all cap has to do is keep his distance and simply out last the pill, if he can he could win, however if bats gets in close while the pill is in effect its over bats could easily knock out or even kill cap while under the effects of the pill. i mean this is the same pill that allowed alfred pennyworth to pound superman into the ground!

Batman is stronger and slightly smarter than Cap, so I think once he realizes they're 100% equal blow for blow, he'd try to retreat to gather info on his opponent or set up traps. Plus, Batman knows pressure points and has an upgraded version of Scarecrow's Fear Gas, and can counter Cap's thrown weapons with explosives and batarangs.. I think it'd be incredibly close, but I think Batman takes this via superior intelligence/skill, slightly better weapons. (P.S. the pills can last multiple days, and Batman has more of them in his ultility belt, so they both have infinite access to their powers.) Batman High Diff

Batman by scaling is below Supermans level, who is under 2 Teratons

Cap fought well against bloodlusted Thanos, who Stomps the likes of Hulk and Awakened Thor, who are both baseline

The strength difference is negligible, though probably in Caps favor.

Also when it comes to combat intelligence, both are fairly even with one another, Batman in this universe is superior to Clark who's actually quite experienced in injustice. But Cap has massive amounts of expirience against those equal to or even stronger then him and coming out on top.

Also, Batman using fear gas? Isn't that really out of character?

Batman fights people equal to or stronger than him all throughout the games and comics (remember when he defeated Wondy without strengh pills, that's just as impressive as when Cap beat Iron Man... And Bat's feat was much easier on his part.), he also defeated Superman, Captain Adam, Aquaman, Himself, etc. In terms of combat prowess, they're both around equal, but Batman seems to be slightly superior fighting skills.

Batman has used tasers, explosives, robot bats, and other such lethal weapons on enemies FAR weaker than Cap, I think if push comes to shove he would use it. Even if only as a last resort.

Batman beating Wondy through strength pills is an outlier, hence why he doesn't scale in base.

Batman has never actually beaten Supes in a fair fight, he's always wore a kyrptonight suit or used a form of it against him, but the others are fair.

Robot bats and Tasers are more for incap purposes, but even then Cap doesn't get paralyzed when he's hit with shock batons so I don't think that matters.

Explosives are negged by his shield bats might help since they're solid distracting options.

Fear gas however he literally never used once.

2. It's Batman, he's like Composite Human. Fair isn't a dependable thing 90% of the time. Captain America techically couldn't have beaten Iron Man without Bucky's help. But who cares...

3. Electricty doesn't work on Thor/Cap anyway, I was just saying that Batman has used deadly force on WAY weaker enemies than Cap.
