Isn't adamantium durability negation?

Btw just say no. He managed to damage Iron Man's armour, which weakest is High 7-A. He should get "High 7-A" for shield bashes/and throws, which is now simply "higher". And why there isn't a rating for non-adamantium Ultron?

Well, the shield isn't particularly sharp, and Ultron has been adamantium for almost his entire existence.

I think that other characters, such as the Winter Soldier, can probably be scaled from Captain America, yes.

If the shield consistently harms High 7-A characters, and you can provide evidence, I suppose that might be fine as well.

I think wording the attack potency rating along the lines of "Can harm characters with Mountain to Large Mountain level durability with his shield" is fine if he consistently does this.
