Well, Steve is more experienced and smarter, plus his shield pretty much tanks the blows from Douglas' attacks, as it tanked blows from the likes of Thor, who is 4-B, so he is more durable with his shield, but physically, he gets seriously injured from Douglas' moves due to the racet being higher in AP, so overall, while Captain Falcon is stronger, thats basically it as Captain America has the defense, experience, and intellect to keep up. Voting Captain America.
