In terms of strength, Cassandra Cain is currently baseline (worry not, that'll change soon) and Taskmaster downscales from 0.51 tons, so he's a bit less than twice as strong. He has the AP advantage.

Skillwise Taskmaster has the edge, Cassandra Cain learned 127 types of martial arts style while Taskmaster replicated Captain America who knows all martial arts known to mankind and can easily replicate anything from Cassandra Cain he doesn't know.

Weaponry Taskmaster is also superior, with his gadget being able to damage Iron Man.

I vote for Taskmaster, even if we upgrade Cassandra Cain in the future.

Little correction, she doesn't just know 127 martial arts styles. She already knew an unknown amount and then learned 127 on top of that.

I honestly don't really think that extra martial arts past the 127+ or whatever are going to matter that much, since there's ultimately only so many things you can even do with a human body. I feel like Cass' movement prediction off of muscle tension and easy reading of weak spots would be more important than arbitrarily large numbers of styles.

Taskmaster is capable of analytical prediction and pressure points as well.

Speed Amps and One-Hit Death Pressure Points on Tasky's end, Cain can't properly tag him thanks to Electricity Manipulation, he can disorient her massively with Flares and Shockwaves.

And if optional Equipment is allowed, then Taskmaster can just make human sized summons due to magnetic manipulation just KO gas, or hologram-disorient her.

This is all the tech and even then Taskmaster can solo on the basis of that, and implying Cain can match Taskmaster in skill is a nonsensical statement right? Taskmaster can accurately predict the movements of Spider-Man, a guy who can precog, and "reading weak points", Taskmaster ca do the same in a literal second.

Taskmaster wins by better Equipment, being better in the things Cass has herself, and actually having things Cass can't counter. It's Mid to Low-Diff depending on how less he cares that day.

About the 127, oooh big number.

Angel, American Avenger, Black Knight, Blazing Skull, Bullseye, Captain America, Daredevil, Destroyer, Deadpool, Elektra, Fandral, Hawkeye, Iron Fist, Iron Man, Liberator, Moon Knight, Puck, Punisher, Shang-Chi, Silver Samurai, Spider-Man (Both of them), Swordsman, Tigra, Typhoid Mary, Winter Soldier, Wolverine and Ghost Rider.

These are just the PEOPLE he can exactly copy, do I need to go into explicit detail how many Martial Arts with extremely high level of mastery in some these fine folks have?

127 Martial Arts is just him forgetting last Tuesday's dinner and moving on.
