Only if it's coming at him in like a straight line, as a standard projectile like thunder or a baseball. But if it's coming at him from all sides and in a passive way then, he's not going to be able to dodge..

As far as Im aware, the Time Aura needs to touch Bugs for that to happen, and wouldnt he have to know Bugs has Supernatural luck to form a way around it?

I don’t think Bugs can do anything if Goku’s aura is already touching him with historical EE. So, isn’t this a stomp?

Not really time power subjective reality works based on one's thoughts and desire so goku just need to think that he needs to win here which he would be doing

With Dormant Keysword he power null, and then seal, can Bunny do anything to this??. If keysword can't do anything, he summon Time Power users like Agios

Does it have layers? If not Bugs can resist it, and he couldnt null Plot manip anyways

I dont think it could null Bugs' Plot Manipulation, but idk if Bugs could use his Plot Manipulation to get out of sealing
