I doubt Goku having Subjective Reality matters that much here.
Sora was able kill Xehanort when he was amped by true KH and the X-blade, which has the power to destroy the entire KH cosomology which includes every single universe within it. Said universe having their own sets of laws set in stone for their given reality.
Xehanort had the power to both destroy and remake all of this with his own sets of laws set in stone.
Also can goku resist attacks against his own heart?
