Since all Superman versions are 10B without the presence of yellow sun shouldn't all of his versions be 10B, X tier in the presence of a yellow sun. X being the version's current tier

AFAIK Post-Crisis Superman while heavily weakened took hits from Lex Luthor, who can beat down weakened members of the Bat family.

I'm pretty sure even a weakened Kryptonians are able to survive 7-30X gravity on their home planet. And Supes can scale to other Street based superheroes at worst. So he'd be ad worst 9-C/9-B and 9-A/8-C for scaling to Batman Post-Crisis and Post-Flashpoint.

A depowered Superman without Yellow sun usually varies. Sometimes he's downgraded all the way to 10-C when near kryptonite with him being unable to even stand. But other times, he's still Batman or Lex Luthor's level when under a Red star. And most notably, there was the time he fought against Muhammad Ali while under a red star, even though Supes got blitzed.

And yeah, this key seems unnecessary.

Well he still lost. So Ali's tier isn't challenged.

Either way, he's definitely not average human level. Dudes like 6'3 and weighs over 200 lbs of pure muscle, he'd probably kill my lanky ass with one punch.

There is no need to add a key for Superman without his powers. He maintains his abilities even when far away from a star. He has to specifically be drained to human levels and then deprived of yellow sunlight for such a form to even exist, which is well outside the norm of typical battle conditions. Superman not having his powers is an aberration, just like any other superhero not having their powers. We don't develop keys for Spider-Man without his radioactive blood, Goku without his ki, or the Flash disconnected to the Speed Force. The Hulk doesn't have a key for Bruce Banner, and Danny Phantom doesn't have a key for Danny Fenton. It's assumed that a hero will have their powers when fighting them.

That is true, but it is an interesting though to see how strong Supes would be without his powers. I mean even a <1% Rebirth Superman was able to shatter a planet by merely jumping from it, so even a base form Kryptonians gotta be tougher than the average street thug.

I mean Smallville has a tier for powerlessness.
