Changing STTGL's tier to plain 1-C.

It's stated multiple times through-out episode 23, 26, 27, that the anti-spiral exists on a multi-dimensional plane, and is able to create multi-dimensional labyrinths at his leisure, TTGL surpassed that, and then STTGL went even further.

I believe anything below 1-C is severely underrating him.

But he's not High 2-A, in fact, 1-C should be normal Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann since Lordgenome states that the anti-spiral's exist in a dimension between the 10th and 11th.
