Where does the battle take place? That could be the difference maker.
Chaos King destroyed 97+% of the Multiverse; however, the Cancerverse exists on the far outer skirts of the Onniverse — far outside of the Multiverse. The only close comparison to the Cancerverse is The Beyond. Chaos King has no domain in the Cancerverse, where SHuman reigns supreme, on an omnipotent level.
SHuman is also vastly powerful, even outside of his world. His mere presence is enough to cause galaxies to collapse.
I'd say they're both equivalent in terms of destructive capabilities, so the battle outcome is dependent on where it takes place.
