Lord Chaos's profile is outdated in abilities; he is missing his Regenerationn and conceptual manipulation typing, among others abilities. So, currently, Grandfather Spider stomps.

You can if you want. Spider isn't really the strongest 2-A on Wiz but neither is Galactus on Marvel IIRC. It'd be more interesting than this either way.
