Character Name Format Question

So some characters have multiple profiles, Yang Kai, for example. His name looks like this: Yang Kai (3000 Worlds) And he has other names for different stages of power or events in his story.

Now, how would it be formatted if there are multiple characters with the same name? We have disambiguations pages for characters with the same name, as seen in this Dracula page. For characters with the same name, we just add the verse they are from behind their name. Like Dracula (Marvel Comics) and Dracula (Netflix).

But how would we format it if the character had multiple profiles and a common name? Would it look something like this?

Bob (Fancy Comics - Post Timeskip)
