Charizard: Tier: High 8-C | 8-A | At least 7-A | At least High 7-A

If I'm reading this correctly, Charizard is At Least 7-A, vs Cinder Fall's At Least 8-A. Sounds like a tier stomp. I'm not sure if either side can speedblitz the other, either.
