Chibiverse is an animated series and the spin-off of Chibi Tiny Tales. Chibiverse is a different continuity of Chibi Tiny Tales, and Chibiverse has a simple but weird cosmology.
Cosmology
The Chibiverse comsology is much smaller than the real life. In its theme song (https://disney.fandom.com/wiki/File:Chibiverse_Theme_Song_-_NEW_Series_-_Disney_Channel_Animation-2), it is said:
And my answer is that the animations originated from Chibi Tiny Tales included in Chibiverse considered canon to Chibiverse should not be considered as canon to Chibiverse, as these animations are presented as in-universe "television series" rather than in the same plane of existence (evidence below). Also, including Chibi Tiny Tales animations would be painful for cosmology analysis
