Introduction
Chibiverse is an animated series and the spin-off of Chibi Tiny Tales. Chibiverse is a different continuity of Chibi Tiny Tales, and Chibiverse has a simple but weird cosmology.
Cosmology
The Chibiverse comsology is much smaller than the real life. In its theme song (https://disney.fandom.com/wiki/File:Chibiverse_Theme_Song_-_NEW_Series_-_Disney_Channel_Animation-2), it is said:
And my answer is that the animations originated from Chibi Tiny Tales included in Chibiverse considered canon to Chibiverse should not be considered as canon to Chibiverse, as these animations are presented as in-universe "television series" rather than in the same plane of existence (evidence below). Also, including Chibi Tiny Tales animations would be painful for cosmology analysis
Evidences:
In "Pizza vs. Fireworks", Molly attempts to make Cricket and Scratch understand by presenting High School Musical recap (an animation originated from Chibi Tiny Tales included in Chibiverse) to let them watch. Before that, Molly says as Cricket and Scratch are attempting to fight each other, she would present an animation originated from Chibi Tiny Tales included in Chibiverse.
In "Bad Luck Chibis", after Anne falls to trap, Anne says she would present two animations originated from Chibi Tiny Tales included in Chibiverse to the audience before she could manage to get out of the trap.
Conclusion:
My opinion is that animations originated from Chibi Tiny Tales included in Chibiverse are non-canon to Chibiverse based on in-universe statements and practical consideration. Also, every Chibiverse character has Small Size, though the exact type of their Small Size is waiting for further discussion.

And it is a solid evidence of the size of comsology is small and every character of Chibiverse should be Small Size. The question is: how small are they. In the main theme song, a tiny planet and sky are presented, indicating that the bean-sized cosmology only contains the tiny planet and the sky surrounding the tiny planet. If the animations originated from Chibi Tiny Tales included in Chibiverse are considered canon, the star system is presented, meaning that the characters should be smaller. However, it comes to another question: should the animations originated from Chibi Tiny Tales included in Chibiverse considered canon to Chibiverse? In a Disney laboratory, super duper confidential spot
Where a bunch of crackpot scientists said,
“What the heck? We’re trying this!”
And grabbed up every story that we got
They threw em all together in a Mashup Machine
Produced a glowing orb about the size of a bean
Slid it underneath a microscope and found...
A bunch of cutesy characters just futzin’ around
Futzin’ around
Futzin’ around
They’re Disney Chibis with their own TV show
Hilarious and very well-rehearsed
We know the logic’s murky, but who cares? They’re quirky!
