Chimpanzee intelligence

The reasons given seems like the Chimpanzee has above average intelligence. Below average for the reasons given is just weird. They can do some things that I can't do. (Do sign language (I only know how to say my name and car))

Even intelligent chimpanzees tend to test below average human intelligence, as far as I am aware.

Do I really need to explain why a chimpazee isn't as intelligent as a Human

There was an extremely intelligent chimpanzee that learned to drive a small car and to communicate via signs on a computer screen though. Or at least that is what I remember from a TV program long ago.

Yeah I know Chimpazee are capable of some amazing things but thats still only by animal standards.

The intelligence rating uses humans as the standard for normal intelligence so it should be fairly obvious why they can't be above below average.
