Well we have to start of with whether Bai can resist layered deconstruction which reduces him to particle plus all these abilities. If we can get pass all that, we have a match here, then we can talk about GK's hands which reduce people to nothingness on a type 2 information level, along with infinite attack speed.

Yeah GK doesn't have anything to defend against concept hax, but he can just as likely counter back with his glare and hands.

As the OP said, the first to get out of the way is what can CHINAman do against his Crimson Gaze since even before Ultrathotep, he was already capable of casually atomizing stuff in his glare including those non-physical like Nightingale's Other which summons beings made out of light and shadow, and those died hundreds of times over in her place in the time she even realized what was happening in her conversation and encounter with him. AP wise is the obvious but it's one where he was going to wipe out 100k people and the entire island they were on off the face of the map if he wasn't stopped.

Ultrathotep boosted the potency of that hundreds of millions of times over which is what CHINAman has to get through first.

The Hands, however, would probably be GK's next best option and likely his strongest asset besides his gaze. Those things have the property of hitting "real and illusory", "physical and metaphysical" which given the context of WAB means he can attack people and things that are illusions and likely of those of metaphysical such as with Tesla. There is ofc the aspect of it hitting you so hard to erase the data and whatnot that composes your existence and got infinite attack speed, plus it can be spammed too iirc.

Eh, I feel it's also more like Steampunk is a very niche series that not many really knows about too. That or it's also because we got CHINA in here.

That said, I should also point out that as seen with GK's fight with Tesla, the latter was dealing with everything from being in GK's expanding Cracking Field, his mega-enhanced Sekime, and the hands all at the same time.

Even supposing this fight isn't taking place in GK's Cracking Field (and probably isn't since it's not also really specified either), there's still the enhanced glare and hands Chinaman has to deal with at the same time.
