We don't allow commercial characters on this wiki, the profile used is only covering licensed Nintendo games. Freddy is being upgraded to 9-B, so the OP would need to change what keys/tiers are being used by both characters.

Freddy likely oneshots (100 joules vs. 3,900 joules), and will be able to take a beating from a baseball bat rather well thanks to Immortality and Inorganic Physiology.
 
Chucky with all his classic commercial feats from the late 90's and 2000's still stomps if Freddy here is only street level at best.

Well in that case, he stomps Freddy with his Spaceship? Or he runs him over with his Go Kart? Assuming those two things aren't restricted from the equation of course?
