That would count as Mid-Godly. Divine Spirits are tied to their concepts/history, so destroying their fables is enough to kill them. For High-Godly they would have to comeback even if their concepts disappears which isn't the case here.

who can enforce their authority to resurrect even after having their Spiritual Essence wiped out, Divine Spirits will emerge on all time axes in one form or another regardless whether their stories and fables are existent or nonexistent, and their true form would cause doom upon the lower layers of Little Garden, who will always come back as long as their lore isn't destroyed or a completely erasure history, who can enforce their authority to come back after having their spiritual essence disappeared,which represent one’s existence across history and concept along one’s astral, material and imaginary make up.
Divine Spirits not only regenerate from the destruction of body, mind, and soul, but also after their Spiritual Essence is erased. This Spiritual Essence has a total scope of existence explicitly covering material, astral and imaginary aspects, dominance over concepts and eras, and the density of time, namely existence spread across various timelines and parallel universes.) With such a broad structure of existence that can be erased but they can still return through the enforcing power maintained by their lore, then the regeneration has exceeded the Mid Godly standard which only includes body/mind/soul.

They also stated that they can return even after their Spiritual Essence is erased and will still appear in various time axes as long as lore as the foundation of cosmology still exists.
This means that what is regenerated is not just a soul or an ordinary story, but a structure of existence that includes conceptual and historical aspects. It has exceeded the limits of Mid Godly which only includes body/soul/mind. High Godly beings don't require their return after the concept has been completely and utterly erased from the entire cosmology. All that's required is the ability to regenerate after one of the additional aspects besides body/soul/mind is erased. In the case of Divine Spirits, those aspects are concepts, history, and temporal manifestations, which are part of their spiritual essence. Because they can resurrect after that layer is destroyed, the High Godly classification remains valid and cannot be reduced to Mid Godly simply because Divine Spirits still have an anchor in the form of lore.
