But he doesn't "regenerate" in the spot, he accumulates damage and when he accumulates too much, he faints and starts regenerating

Frollo has Street Level attack power, Michael has wall Level Durability, the only way for Frollo to win is to decapitate him.

Michael has superhuman strength and this is a close quarters match, what's stopping Michael from just grabbing Frollo's arm mid-swing and breaking it? Even then, he's not going straight for the head because he has no idea that Michael is going to easily survive a hit anywhere else.
