Collecting outdated High 2-A characters into a single thread

The point of this thread is pretty simple. High 2-A has recently been removed and merged into Low 1-C due to the recent Tiering System revisions. As such, all characters who are currently High 2-A need to be revised and changed accordingly. Some progress has already been made on this point, and it is possible to search for these kinds of characters with the search function, though in my experience this is not 100% reliable.

If there are any High 2-A characters who need to be revised and updated on their profiles that can't be handled otherwise (such as if the profile is locked) listing them on this thread will hopefully make it easier for admins or other qualified members to find and update these profiles.

this thread would probably be better done by a staff member, but eh. Doesn't matter too much either way

Thank you for helping out. If there are any profiles that need to be temporarily unlocked, I can do so, as long as you or others write the exact page titles, so my script can handle it.

Kaltias had stated in a Content Revision thread made to build up The Devourer's profile that he was possibly High 2-A (now Low 1-C), but given the ambiguity of EBF5's ending, I can only readily verify that The Devourer is at least 2-A.
