In my honest opinion, Conan wins. He easily has more experince with fighting men and many monsters, while Goblin Slayer mostly went after Goblins. Conan also has obvious advantage in strength, and he even has greater skill, especially proven when he fought a swordsman who was described in narration as the best in his craft and wo. Conan is also more durable being capable enduring blows that would crush skulls with ease and even tanked hits from a man who could punch huge demons through walls, tanked his hits without any noticable damage.

The best way to see how Conan is superior is this. Goblin Slayer nearly died while fighting Goblin Champion, but Conan fought similar creatures and fared better

In the end, even with equal speed, Conan's superior strenght, durability and skill would have him come out on top in this fight.
