Concept Manipulation Types

Hello guys, I've been wondering. What type of conceptual manipulation is it when the said "Concept" exist in a way that relies on names, like literally, it's to the point where names are everything, like how a stone being unaware of the universe, therefore the concept of "universe" does not exist for them, but the moment someone assigns the word "universe" that concept would now exist. Erasing that concept also means erasing every single stone that exist in the world and the moment it gets erased, nobody will be able to remember it. Basically, us humans are unaware whether the world is a multiverse or a single universe, but what we know is that were inside a universe, so for us, the concept of "Multiverse" doesn't exist, that should be a good explanation.
