It is a false equivalence. Makima herself is literally stronger than those examples, and she is, in fact, above them.
They can hurt her, in no way that matters with strength that isn't actually anything relevant.
That is not the same as a dude who can literally punch out a planet and vaporizing her and probably most of the city if he's actively trying to kill.
Like does Makima think she's above say, the gun devil? Nuke Devil? Why not? They're nothing compared to Conquest.

In fact, pretty sure she doesn't see herself above the Darkness Devil anyway, as in, her mindhax doesn't work on it, so why even use that as an example? It contradicts your very argument if something much stronger than her innately isn't commandable.
She knows what Power can do, she has ample knowledge on her, she knows she's above Power. If Power was just a complete random that twitched and atomized her, not even just gored but subatomically destroyed, I'm pretty damn sure she's gonna be taken aback.
You're ignoring context in the very scenes you're using as evidence. Makima knows Power already, she knows, for a fact she's above Power. Power getting the drop on her, because that's what that was, isn't going to have her suddenly reject the prior knowledge she has.
Your arguments make no sense. If they're leads against one shotters, she would have to know that Conquest is so hilariously above anything she can even comprehend that thinking she's even remotely above him would be ignorance and just make her look dumb.

I legit don't think that's even allowed. A slower character is NEVER allowed to win a match due to speed related caveats against the faster character, if said thing wouldn't normally be the case. A weakened Conquest is still billions of times quicker than Makima normally, ergo, saying "oh it's speed equal so he's actually like 10x slower than Makima now", doesn't fly, he's still effectively the same speed. The only way this would be fine is if Makima was the quicker character normally, or that Conquest while weakened is so much slower his speed dips below her normal speed, in that case it'd be fine.
Same shit why a mach 10 with a 10x speed amp isn't allowed to blitz a 100c dude in a match even though in said match the 100c dude would be "only mach 10". that isn't how speed equal works.
If your arguments involve loop holes and exploiting the speed equalization, you've already shown there's a huge flaw in your argument as the equalization only exists as to not enable him to just win for free, not to create shit like this.

Also that's somewhat funny, Conquest can zip around the planet so fast that teleportation is actively nearly impossible to intercept him. Unless Makima knows where he is exactly at all times, how is she teleporting to him? And if bro is flying anyway, teleporting near him is just gonna get her killed passively anyway. And the country isn't the world.

Actually thinking on it, what the hell is that gonna do? It doesn't have the power to actually grab and pull him in. He'd obliterate it by just moving back.
Only if you pretend Makima is somehow always going to be on his ass, which honestly might not be a good thing given anything he does turns her to atoms from just the pressure, if he's always on her, she's gonna have trouble even doing anything to him when she's constantly in a state of regenning.
Several of her abilities require things she can't do as a puddle.
She doesn't have to reveal she's alive, but that also doesn't quite matter when dealing with a character who likes destroying civilizations, killing nations, destroying planets, and so forth. If he so much as leaves, that isn't giving her a chance to retaliate, it's condemning her because her life stock will quickly turn to 0 and she'd probably just die again as collateral.
He can only do like one thing, he's just a brick. He strong and he likes killing things. It's always going to be a physical attack, that or flying at her, which would probably kill her too. but he doesn't actually have options.
Like I want to remind people, he was actively going to kill everyone despite his orders (which is treason and actively sabotaging his species, maybe Thragg should have killed his ass). If he thinks she's dead, so is everyone else as that's what he stated he was gonna do in both his fights.

You put a character who has a bunch of hax who's only able to use it because a character who could solo her whole verse in a normal situation, is handicapped. But the instant he knows even slightly she's an issue, whole country dies before she can even say a word.
Yeah and then you have people exploiting it like "well a weakened conquest is slower than mark so he'd be slower than makima there", or "nah the dude who can zip across the planet in a instant can't actually do that to the character with zero movement speed".
Speed equal is meant to be a thing where it just stops the slower character from getting mauled, not for it to be exploited to give the slower character unfair advantages that would never exist normally.
The only character I can think of is Duplikate with prep, and that only works if mind haxing one Kate won't effect them all. If it doesn't, there might actually be a match there, but she would need prep to bolster her bodycount and bloodlusted (given she isn't gonna be fine with killing civs otherwise).
Otherwise it's just characters she haxes like Immortal who can't and likely won't nuke Japan, or dudes who can and will pop Japan like an egg like Thragg, Tech Jacket also prob stomps given the AI negs the whole mindhax thing and info analysis is fun. Or Robot who doesn't even show up to the fight because he's to busy playing fortnite on his moonbase as she gets memed.
