Containing a 4 physical dimensional entity inside a 3D plane.

I heard about the mention of it being possible for a 4D space to exist inside a 3D space with hypervolume or something but I didn't really understand it so I might be wrong on understanding it.

So a 4 spatial dimension existence can be contained on a 3 spatial dimension universe?

also an example of these situations in fiction would be nice

You can have HDE without tier. HDE basically is you possessing more than 3 dimension and it is not strictly to be significantly large dimension. So yeah you can have something 4D inside a hypervolume, significantly large 3D space

thanks that explains a lot about the verse I'm working on then.
Although these 4D hypervolumes or existences come from a universe size realm so I guess their own universe as a whole would be low 1-C since it would be 4D + Temporal dimension. but them individually would be tierless unless they have their own physical feat
