Creating a verse page

What are the requirements to be able to create a verse in wikia? I've tried to create one with scans and just deleted it without even giving a warning :v

In the case I had created the profile of a character and deleted it, even with me putting the scans and the facts to be solid, now I am thinking of creating the one of the verse, but I am afraid of occurring again with me following the wikia pattern
