The page isn't clear on if it is based on the movie or novel, so I revised it to be strictly a novel page.
Stats just have reasoning changes/explanation additions, some P&A tweeking, and so on.

I disagree with these 3.
Disease Manipulation
Simply carrying rabies does not qualify as Disease Manipulation. The ability normally requires active control, creation, or manipulation of diseases beyond ordinary biological transmission. Cujo is merely infected with rabies and can spread it through bites like any rabid animal. By this logic, every real-world rabid dog would qualify for Disease Manipulation.

Fragrance Manipulation
Having foul smelling breath is not Fragrance Manipulation. The ability implies supernatural or active control over odors/scents for offensive, defensive, or utility purposes. Its breath smells like death is just descriptive language caused by sickness and decay, not evidence of manipulating fragrances.

Limited Light Manipulation
Glowing eyes in darkness are not evidence of Light Manipulation. Dogs naturally exhibit eye shine due to the tapetum lucidum reflecting light. Cujo is not generating, controlling, shaping, or manipulating light in any demonstrated manner. This is a normal biological trait, not a supernatural ability.

...? Ignoring how if something is a biological trait or supernatural doesn't matter for indexing (Otherwise we would not index say snakes having poison), reflecting more light than human eyes is a form of manipulating light.

I do agree with Twilight here tbh. But since we have precedent in other pages of still allowing such stuff, I wouldn't be opposed if other staffs are fine with it.

Outside maybe the light manipulation we do just have multiple pages with examples of the powers being given for stuff like that.
If you disagree on it being on those on principle that's probably for a broader CRT (Which I think would probably not work, since if a character is carrying a disease or is especially foul smelling is worth noting and it's easier to index it under those abilities)
