Cuphead vs Garnet (Multiversus) [GRACE]

Garnet kinda can suffer from ranged attacks and as for her hitting Cuphead, he's generally pretty good at dodging. Garnet has a way to reduce the amount of projectiles heading her way, though.

In that case it's probably a bit harder. Cuphead has the dodging experience and whlie Garnet has an answer to projectiles she can't really attack while she does it and it leave her open to physical attacks.
Combine that with powerful Super Arts and good dodge moves like the smoke dash and I think Cuphead takes this more often than not.
