Cuphead vs Legosi (1-7-0) (GRACE, FINALLY)

So, Legosi has a bit of an AP advantage, but cuphead should take this through things like homing attacks, gliding, and invulnerability
 
But isn't homing attack is only 1/6 things which cuphead would use and invulnerability is 1/3 super moves which cuphead would use (and lasts for a few seconds)?
 
the hard thing about this is that we don't know exactly what cuphead would do exactly, since we don't know a lot about his personality, but he doesnt fly off

If this is end game cuphead and not on plane, then Legosi more likely takes it. Cuphead can't do much in CQC. So voting for Legosi.
 
I didn't know how to mark spoilers so thanks, and since I think is not very likely to cuphead to go plane mode immediately legoshi can do the thing I said and win
 
Legosi only did his dispersion once, we don't know if he can spam it. Just pointing it out.

Legosi also tanked multiple explosives in the final manga arc, but he doesn't have a key for it yet though. Or a calc.
