I vote for Danny via AP advantage, (Danny: 24 Kilotons. Erza: 15 Kilotons) Intangibility, Invisibility, Ice Powers, and if all else fails Possession.

From what I see Erza has no chance here. She can't hit Danny and he has the AP advantage. And she likely won't ever see him.
