Danny should take this.

He can turn Invisible so Godzilla can find him, His Intangibility can be used to avoid Godzilla's atomic breath or getting stepped on, His Duplication gives him the numbers advantage and he could also Overshadow Godzilla and make hurt himself.

Danny's Ecto-Skeleton however wastes a lot of energy when using large energy attacks and duplicating himself but he should be capable of defeating Godzilla before he loses all his energy.

Lastly I think Danny has a small AP advantage, not sure tho.

Also, if this is is season 3 Danny in the Ecto Suit he has his ice powers.
