Danny Phantom vs Talion (Shadow of Mordor) (0-0-7) (GRACE)

INCONCLUSIVE!.
On one hand Talion has the stamina to fight for days, Some Resistance to Mind and Soul Manipulation so Danny's Possession likely won't last long and he'll likely be unable to rip Celabrinbor out of Talion's body (If he figured out he was in there), Time Slow. While he can't kill Danny due to his Regenerationn, Talion can definitely oulast him and tire him out which would cause him to revert back to his human form which means Danny's screwed. Lastly Talion is more intelligent and is a better fighter plus Danny doesn't have his powers down packed yet.
Then you have Danny's side. He has higher Attack Potency and Durability, Intangibility and Body Control which will really help him avoid Talion's attacks, Flight also will allow him to stay out of Talion's range with the exception of his arrows however due to the distance Danny should easily have enough time to avoid them. Plus Danny has his Ghost Ray as his own range move so if Talion fires an arrow, Danny will fire a Ghost Ray and a single arrow will easily get overpowered by a beam of energy that's stronger than it. Both can amp themselves but Danny's amp is strong enough to allow him to overpower someone who a second ago could tank his blows without flinching. Talion's Regenerationn and Resurrection are limited and what I mean by that is he can't resurrect from having a hole blown in his body so if Danny does that kind of Damage Talion's done for. Lastly Danny has some decent resistance to Mind Manipulation/Mind Control so Talion will have a hell of a time trying to control him, plus Attack Reflection and Forcefield Creation will help Danny as well.
Overall, Danny's highest chance at winning is early on but I definitely can see Talion coming out on top as well.

If he can resurrect by being eate, burnt to a crisp, or being poisoned. I'm fairly certain that a hole through his body isn't enough to stop his ressurection. His resurrection is soul-based mostly after all.
