Actually the scaling system is far more advanced than I could've ever imagined after reading the What-If stories and the Nexus Beings info.

• 2-A Level: "For every Quantum Moment an Infinite Number of Universes are born, each of those in turn gives birth to a multitude of additional infinites of universes, ad infinitum" ... Combine this with "Infinite Universes per Moment Born per Every Dream, Thought, and Life Born"... and you have infinites^infinites of realities per moment
• The Nexus Beings' when used as a source of power scale to the destruction of all possible futures, meaning the hypothetical maximum number of possible timelines / the hypothetical end of the branching timelines would all be destroyed, and a fraction of that power Scarlet witch had was going to use to stop it.
• Scarlet Witch was also able to keep up with Lore, a Nexus-Being who absorbed millions of Nexus Beings, and while not anywhere near as strong as before could still fight on par with her as she was overcharged during the other events.
• The Time Keepers were able to stop the multiversa in-tact with their presence along with all of Scarlet Witch's newfound powers, which considering at the time she only had access to a few Nexus beings as opposed to the millions upon millions, is at least millions of times above [Stopping Point of the Branching of the 2-A Level of the Multiverse].
• A Still-born Franklin Richards was explicitly stated as powerful enough to kill the Time Keepers, heavily implying superiority to the above.
• Franklin gets far stronger over time [a week of difference he goes from fighting on par to immensely surpassing the person he was equal], but was only a threat to In-Realm Mephisto , Celestials, & Universal Abstracts until Heroes Reborn, which was approximatley when he was 12 years old.

wey, I don't know but I think you have to create a megaversal scale (the wiki does not use it but the definition is there) if several verses here are set at a level similar to the highest of the marvel multiversal scale.
