Was really curious about this after then Downgrade went through, confirming both as around the same level.

Voting Mihawk, should be easily able to out last Rayleigh in stamina and since should have vastly superior sword skill. Their hakis cancel each other out I guess with conqueror's being a non factor.

Well, the downgrade didn't confirm anything since it's just a temporary downgrade until Mihawk has sufficient feats.

Assuming this is old Rayleigh and not Prime Rayleigh Mihawk wins.

He also taught Zoro Goken so he should have it.

I suppose Mihawk should be able to counter Goken with the breathe of all things which is sort of treated like Goken but just for swords

Mihawk should have it since Daz Bones blocked his sword slash yet later Mihawk cut through him; implying it wasn't just due to pure AP.

As for Goken, see it in action against someone powerful before factoring it in as a difference maker.

Honestly, 2 characters who have like 5 feats between them, haven't gone even remotely all out, whose power level we know nothing about...

It's not the best match-up for a fight.
