I don't see why he couldn't bue the mind manip and death manip would also do the trick.
Different sites hold different standards for these types of things. I've heard that Spacebattles view of star wars was pretty notorious for being significantly less powerful than many others, so I wouldn't expect SB staff to accept applications such as that.

Funny enough he can probably eat the whole planet, considering he casualy absorbs planets, and no one in Naruto shouldn't have enough resistance to survive that.
