Piccolo's Moonbuster gives Goku/Piccolo their Planet Level AP. The Timeframe that gives the Planetary Rating is 8.92 s. The distance to the moon is 384,400,000 m. This means their speed would be 384,400,000 m / 8.92 s = 43,094,170.40 m/s. Divide that by the speed of light (299,792,458 m/s) = 0.14375 c (Relativistic). That checks out.
Here's the question: Why don't we scale their speed from Goku's gravity training? He trains on King Kai's planet (x10 gravity) in his weighted clothes. Why wouldn't he be 10x faster? That's 1.4375 c (FTL) vs Nappa without any Kaio-Ken multipliers.
He trains in 100x gravity on his way to Namek. He's also no longer wearing his weighted clothes. Goku weighs 62 kg and his clothes weighed 113 kg, for a total of 175 kg. 62 kg / 175 kg = 0.354285. Multiply that by 10 for going from being used to 10x gravity to 100x gravity = 3.54285. Now we multiply his speed by this increase: 1.4375 c * 3.54285 = 5.0927 c (FTL) when he arrives on Namek. Assuming he doesn't get any faster after his massive Zenkai before fighting Frieza,
A x20 multiplier for 20x Kaio-Ken = 101.85 c (Massively FTL) {Just barely}.
A x40 multiplier for SS = 203.71 c (Massively FTL).
