Livewire got forgotten in the Tier 2 update, so I’m gonna update her now.
Her only notable feat is Superman stating that she can destroy Metropolis (Action Comics Vol. 1 #835), which should put her electricity manipulation at a solid baseline 7-B (unless there’s a calc for destroying Metropolis that I just don’t know about).
She does harm Superman on multiple occasions, but Clark is stated to be weakened (Action Comics Vol. 1 #835) and (Superman Vol. 1 #652), and she only harms a non-weakened Clark once (The Flash Vol. 2 #237), so she definitely shouldn’t scale to Clark’s 2-C stats. I would give her a ‘likely far higher’ rating, but I could also see an ‘at most 3-C’ since she does harm a non-weakened Clark once, so I’ll leave that to the other staff to decide.
Her stats with absorption are fairly simple, she scales directly to Blue Beetle, as mentioned in her AP justification, so she’d get ‘up to Low 2-C, possibly 2-C’.
