DCEU - Low-Tier Character Upgrade

This calculation has been accepted (Supersonic), which is expected to impact nearly all low-tier characters in the DC Extended Universe, particularly those characters that are comparable to or superior to Harley Quinn. (I am uncertain whether this can be applied to DCU characters such as DCU-Peacemaker, but I will consider it a possibility.)
These are characters from DCEU that should be scaled to this feat:
If this could be scaled to DCU characters, I believe these characters would be the ones that were affected:
I also believe that The Joker is on par with Harley, or at least can keep up with her. So, I think he deserves an upgrade to 9-A as well, especially since he managed to survive that falling helicopter in some mysterious way.

I suppose this works, I think you'd need more evidence for the joker bit outside of vibes tho
 
Other than the Joker stuff that people have already talked about, this is a simple and agreeable change (especially since the current rating doesn't have any justification/calc as far as I can tell).

As for the DCU scaling, the DCU verse page is pretty clear. This feat falls under 'light canon', and thus the feat should be added with the possibly prefix
 
Yeah i don't think John Kler has anything besides surviving some punches from enraged Batman that broke his teeth, which is probably not enough to scale.

Late but it is worth noting a plot point in BOP is Mask protects and shows Harley hospitality because he’s afraid of Joker, that and the originally abusive intent for the character could help us make a vague case?

Obviously it’s nothing concrete tho
