DP’s firearms only have subsonic to supersonic speeds, and both are comparable to hypersonic reactions so… joker can just evade.

Um...hate to disagree on majority, since I'm a big DP fan, but Joker unfortunately takes this.

Deadpool: 105931 Joules
Mister J: 8776818 Joules (If scaled to Shang Tsung) 117152000 (If scaled to Quan Chi)
This would put Joker anywhere from 84x Stronger to to (1100+)x stronger.

Joker can casually rip people apart with basic attacks and even his weapons such as his Tommy Gun, and Deadpool isn't his marvel counterpart, so his healing is limited to just recovering from stab or gunshot wounds. If he loses a limb or his head, then he's practically done for.

Of course, theres also the speed, which further sets them apart:

DP Speed: Mach 6.2
Joker Speed: Anywhere from Mach 9 to Mach 12

So yeah, Joker is both stronger and faster here. The only thing DP has got going for him is that he officially has more combat experience and is actually trained in how to use weapons, but given that Joker is considered smart and Dangerous by other Kombatants and has presumably fought them (most of whom are martial artists experts), I don't think that it matters all that much here. Even the time travel watch wont help here, as Either DP will likely die before he can use it. At most all Deadpoll can do is break the fourth wall to try and get this match closed before he dies.

So yeah Joker wins

(Is what I should be saying, but I'm only saying this because Deadpool's profile is wack. Deadpool should be technically 8C by virtue of killing Pre-Retcon DP, but since that would make this matchup a stomp anyways I'm just going to say Joker wins this with the way DP's profile is now)
