I suppose the best solution for this is to scale Raiden above Crown-amped Fujin, so he can scale similarly above the White Revenants, so an enraged Liu Kang not beating him while beating Shao Kahn isn't a contradiction. This is somewhat reasonable, as Raiden did manage to deal more damage to Kronika quicker than a Crown-amped Fujin did. This would allow Kahn and Sindel to have a straight-up High 8-C+ rating without contradicting MK9.

Do you guys think the solution I proposed works regarding the Shao Kahn and Sindel scaling?

In other words, this would allow enraged mortal Liu Kang and Raiden to scale to Fire God Liu Kang's High 8-C+ value (~10 tons of TNT), with Sindel and Kahn getting a straight-up High 8-C+ rating.

Otherwise, Kahn and Sindel will get "at least 9-A, possibly High 8-C+ (~10 tons of TNT)", while enraged normal Liu Kang and Raiden will get High 8-C+, specifically "~6 tons of TNT, possibly ~10 tons of TNT".

Fire God Liu Kang is a fusion of Raiden and Liu Kang, both should be like 1/2 of him and jinsei amp higher

Kahn and sindel are equal and should be having scaling to the above characters too
