This mostly depends on how well Slade's intangibility works

Depending on how it is, he can very likely make himself intangible to escape the webbing

Given just what Slade was shown to be capable of after becoming Trigon's Herald, he could probably just melt through the webs if his intangibility really isn't good enough on its own.

Cyborg tried to hit him with a column of steel, and the latter simply coated himself in fire long enough to melt it in half the moment it made contact with him. Those flames are no joke.

Sure, Slade can get around the webs, but he's beaten out in both pure mobility, strength, and Expirience.

He also lacks good ranged attacks barring bullets which spidey is more then mobile while swinging around to avoid

He doesn't lack good ranged attacks at all. Actually, Herald!Slade's powers give him fairly good ranged options, and he's even capable of directing his pyrokinetic blasts in midair.

Like, if 3.6 Kiloton characters with one being charged up (Cyborgs Blast) were incapable of scratching him, this should be an extremely easy victory since Spidey is near baseline
