Speed is equal and 30% Deku is being used. The fight takes place in the Mountain Pass, the bridge where the Furious Five and Tai Lung fought.

Deku (Stronger than 127.53 Tons of TNT):

Invincible (203 Tons of TNT):

Inconclusive:

Yes, 30% Deku is 3,000 tons while Invincible is 17,000 tons.
So over a 5 times gap...., has mark ever restrained someone in the TV series?

Also is 30% unquantiable above 20%, do we treat his porcentages as linear on this case or does we scale him to ryugu?

We just assume 30% is unquantifiable stronger than 20%.

Mark just kinda punches his way through opponents which is why many people assume he doesn't have that much skill.

Mark could probably throw a person to another country or even space given his feats, but it's not really in character for him to do so.

Mark gets his ass kicked a lot in the show since this is early on into his career and he isn't experienced in the slightest. Deku should have a massive edge on that front since Mark can't even handle the sight of gore and will be more distraught than Deku. This leads me to believe that he would hold back more. This isn't even considering Deku's more varied arsenal and actual hero training from a proper father figure compared to Omni-Man essentially calling Mark a bitch and telling him to deal with it.

It seems that even when Mark is stronger this is still in favor of Deku.
