Why is throwing a softball 46 meters put as a feat under his attack potency. I understand that not every feat listed has to be exactly the level on the profile and it's just to show a secondary feat. But 46 meters isn't exactly insane for a softball throw. It is nowhere near any world records and those people aren't wall level.

Because throwing a ball relates to how much energy your arm can output. and AP is based on energy.
