Delisaster is a cocky little shit that will joke around at the beginning. If the opponent isn't a jokester, like Rayne, they'd likely try to attack Delisaster, who will show off his Low-mid/mid regen. Of course, he's still joke around, but he'll try to overwhelm the opponent with his Ascalon attacks. Part way through Delisaster will just inject some Innocent Zero blood and max out his magic so it doesn't run out.
I think I did put telekinesis but only Domina cuts people with telekinesis
All that skill and potential and he wastes it on booze and bad jokes

His stats were otherworldly tho. Dante can dodge, but isnt like his warp makes him untouchable, especially against someone who literally spam a lot of shit non stop

Well Delisaster is inferior to Rayne in CQC, as shown in their clash when Rayne was amped by Finn, but he was still able to get in multiple hits up close. So I guess that's some good skill. But he mainly relies on his innate power + regen + infinite magic with IZ's blood.
It scales from Rayne, who blasted Margarette's sound spell's with pure magic aura upon casting his summons. It's just magic, so really any high tier wizard could do the same. However, this is because Rayne unleashed his summons which is much more powerful than anything Margarette can do, where Rayne could simply beat her by doing nothing. So really it isn't important, seeing as how Delisaster is weaker here.

His own collection of spells which he can spam and create a multitude of, which would be an indefinite amount with Innocent Zero's blood due to giving him infinite magic. Which also helps his regen, which would only really be beaten by overclocking the damage he recieves,

Yeah, most likely. Honestly if it wasn't for his power and ability to regen, Domina would likely be the 5th strongest brother tbh.
Yeah, getting up close and going ham can cause the regen to short-circuit a bit, though he'll possibly come back considering he was betting on regenerating the top of his head regenerating.
