Let's say a character can destroy the entire multiverse, but it's never once implied that he destroys past and future of each universe as well. Would he just be 3-A? If there are infinite universes, would he be High 3-A? Just curious.

I mean, we do treat universal destruction as Tier 2 only if all points of time is explicitly affected, so why would multiverse be any different? It's just a collection of universes, after all.
I’m pretty sure it’s only tier 2 if each universe is infinite in size, affecting an infinitely sized universe is high 3-A and it would not make sense if affecting multiple finite universes is greater than effecting one infinite universe
I think that would be just H3-A since it only destroys infinitely large space on an infinite scale without destroying time itself in each universe, so I think it's H3-A but with maybe an added layer from this achievement

If a character is stated to have destroyed a universe or multiverse, it is generally implied that both space and time were affected unless there is explicit visual or contextual evidence indicating that only the physical matter was impacted. Similarly, if the multiverse in question consists solely of multiple, separate three-dimensional universes without higher-dimensional structures, then High 3-A makes sense.
