I don't agree with losing resistance to Demonic Energy. In fact she needs at least low tier demon level of resistance at least. Nothing crazy like Tony Redgrave or anything. But enough to survive under the large portal.
if you go to Bulls Eye bar and strip club, interacting with objects there tells how the patrons were either killed by demons or turned into demons. We also have explicit feats of demon energy being corruptive to humans in many ways. Lady has never suffered from the ill effects. That warrants and necessitates resilience. Otherwise logistically it makes no sense for her to fight demons without consequences.
As far as scaling goes. I am not too keen on using the DF novel feat of her struggling against Bianco Angelo. This same novel always downplays Dante to hell and back. It's scaling in some instances is highly contentious.

Also want to bring attention to these feats.
Trish fires 2 charged bullets at Lady.
Lady pulls trigger after they are already mid air and shoots them down casually.
Reaction speed and Skill/accuracy feat for Lady.

Would fit into Cinematic timing imo, but yeah, could be another gun feat for Lady, will add that, I don't think it changes anything to warrant revotes, just another example of her gun skills

"much higher" and "even higher" isn't wording we use, replace with "higher" and "far higher". I don't think her overall intelligence should be split, people's intelligence doesn't just spike up through their lives like that (The billiards thing is also just precision, not really intelligence). For the rest, good improvement

She has shown to become better at using her guns (Which, from what I've seen around, is used as justification on profiles). There was also a ~10 year gap between each of them, so wouldn't the intelligence rating being separate justify it?

Fair enough, I suppose "even higher" is fine.
That's her having more experience, but the actual intellect of a person doesn't change much throughout their life, they just learn how to use it better.
Oh yeah, we are also not doing intelligence ratings for combat skill anymore. It might be better to list her skill stuff and how she improves throughout her keys right afterwards.

There is so many changes I can barely keep up, specially with characters still using skill for intelligence ratings. Would it still warrant gifted overall or do you think Lady lacks overall intelligence ratings to qualify for it?

Gifted or Above Average works, up to you. But profiles that list combat skill as intelligence are outdated - though don't expect they'll be changed all too soon.
